Branch redesign and alignment to deliver a key Government priority

The announcement of a large funding injection significantly changed the priorities and scope of delivery for a key branch. With media attention circling the announcement and with high government expectations the leadership team agreed that the key delivery branch would need to be realigned and redesigned.  Having previously managed change successfully for this division, Artemis was asked to work with the branch to co-design the how the branch would reorganise and adapt itself to manage, process and deliver this new funding.

In addition, there was a need to attract and recruit staff to this branch. The Artemis team worked alongside the Department’s HR team and designed a tailored onboarding process for the branch. The team also looked to the future needs of the branch and delivered a Resource Strategy to guide future resourcing decisions and attraction of talent.
