We are passionate about participating in and nurturing a caring, connected and collaborative community that supports gender equity across all aspects of life.
Artemis is committed to having a positive impact in our community, and through our Social Impact strategy we work with the community sector to support them in achieving their goals. We focus our efforts through the following pillars:
Empowering women to ensure their basic needs are met in our community
Creating opportunities to build the foundations for our women leaders of the future
Contributing to a connected, collaborative and trusted Canberra community
Our long-term goal is to fund an apartment for women (and children) fleeing domestic violence and abuse.
Toora Women
We provide pro bono support to Toora Women’s Board, CEO and wider team with their strategic planning, and leadership coaching.
Women’s Health Matters
We led a led a full day workshop for the entire Women’s Health Matters team, focussing on team dynamics and how individual preferences can be leveraged to optimise team performance.
Country to Canberra
We supported Country to Canberra by sponsoring a member of our team to attend the Board Trainee program, and to then attend a two-week program in Perth as a mentor.
