Restructure of complex government organisation

We partnered with a recently amalgamated agency to help them integrate three structurally and strategically unaligned entities and workforces, into one that was ready, willing and able to deliver on its collective regulatory accountabilities.

We reviewed and finalised the proposed organisational design, providing strategic advice and practical support to ensure effective stakeholder engagement, communication, industrial relations and detailed transition planning and implementation.

Through our strategic advice and practical, persistent support this organisation integrated its workforce and established a suite of foundational communication, engagement, change management capabilities and work practices that continued well beyond this engagement.
