Strategic review of a broad-based community program

Artemis worked in partnership with a government-supported and -funded community organisation to analyse all international programs undertaken to develop a program to improve employment opportunities for serving/personnel partners. As a key driver of family wellbeing and an important enabler of staff capability this review was of critical importance to the Minister of the time and the organisation.

Our approach was to draw on a large global body of knowledge and to engage with key stakeholders with lived experience to get an understanding of the local support environment. These insights and data were then presented to the client in a detailed report with a suite of key recommendations centred on driving positive outcomes for partners and their families.
