Global investigation into best practice policies and programs to improve Australian service delivery

In the face of public scrutiny and a Royal Commission, we undertook an academic literature review, and comparative analysis of global public and private providers to identify best practice as well as gaps in Australia’s service provision.

We drew on this information to develop a program of work that would extend and improve Australia’s service offering. We subsequently undertook three further reviews, each more demographically defined, and made associated recommendations for improvement. Implementation of this work is still underway.
