Our insights
WORKPLACE WELLBEING INDEX
The COVID-19 pandemic has not only changed the way we live but has also rapidly changed the way we work.
As organisational change managers with a deep passion for getting the people side of change right, we wanted to help in anyway we could – so we designed a Workforce Wellbeing Index to continuously gather feedback from our community on their workplace/organisational experiences.
We collected responses from April to July 2020, and then again two years on (July 2022).
We analysed the data and shared our key findings and insights with the hope it would help our clients, and organisations within Australia to manage their staff with thought and care and to help teams and individuals not only survive but thrive at work during this time.
September 2022 findings
More than two years since COVID-19 arrived to transform the way we live and work, many found ourselves grappling with the uncertainty as we navigated the transition to a ‘new normal.
July 2020 findings
A few months into the COVID-19 pandemic, we surveyed workers once again to understand some of the new ways of working, and its impacts on our wellbeing and productivity.
May 2020 findings
COVID-19, and the introduction of social distancing, changed the way we lived and worked. We aimed to understand how this impacted our wellbeing, productivity and future expectations.
